How to interpret a result

`observed_pq`	Hybrid post-quantum key exchange was observed.
`observed_classical`	A classical key-exchange selection was observed.
`undetermined`	The probe could not establish a completed selection; do not treat this as proof of classical-only support.

An A grade or a false flag alone is insufficient for an overall judgment. Read observation_status, the negotiated group and the measurement time.

Scope and limits

One public HTTPS observation from one vantage point. CDN routing, time and IP family can change the result.
Key-exchange readiness does not establish application or CDN-origin security and does not authorize command execution or secret transmission.
Scanning does not remove tracking or metadata. Results can be public; do not submit confidential targets without accepting this.
Code and methodology are open to review. No independent cryptographic audit or certification is claimed.
